Background

The Lossie Skatepark Initiative started back in 2014, with a group of youngsters, a youth worker and a couple of local adult skateboarders.  The group got together out of a shared interest in the possibility of a unique skatepark for Lossiemouth.  

Aim

The Lossie Skatepark Initiative aims to provide a dedicated skateboarding facility, that people of all ages and abilities can enjoy.  The Lossie Skatepark would be unique locally, due to both the Surf Skate design and the intention to make it an all abilities park.

Moving Forward

LSI has been working tirelessly since 2014 to bring a Skatepark to Lossiemouth. We have managed to secure the land, secure planning permission, and secure a skatepark design and build company via Public Contract Scotland.
